Postcrossing
When I was searching for goals to put on my Day Zero Project list, I came across the Postcrossing website. The goal of this Postcrossing project is to allow people receive postcards from all over the world. I liked the idea very much so I registered myself and I start sending cards immediately. The first cards were sent to Russia, Finland, United States of America and Germany. But I have sent also cards to people in my own country.
The nice thing about the Postcrossing system is the receiver has to register the card also on the website so he or she can send a new card to somebody else on the world. Today I recieved my first card from somebody in Germany!
Sometimes it is difficult to put a nice and small text on the card, especially when it has to be written in English 
, but a short text about the town where I live and myself should be fine:). If you are interested, take a look at my Postcard gallery.
